this is a documentary of the Cuban music band “DosQuiseos”. DosQuiseos is the semi-pro band playing Cuba Son with Japanese words in Nagoya, Japan. They might be the only one who sing Cuba/Japanese Son around the world.
This is their trip to Santiago De Cuba, the home town of Buenavista Social Club members.They are invited to Pepe Sanchez Trova Festival at Santiago De Cuba…60min. stereo.2008(c)motionvisualjapan inc.
これまで公開を控えていた作品ですが、去年出演しているDosQuiseosの突然の解散ということもあり、映像を少しでも多くの方にご覧いただけるよう踏み切ることにしました。DosQuiseosは日本で唯一日本語の歌詞にキューバ・ソンのメロディーをのせて歌うバンドでした。ブエナビスタ・ソシアルクラブにはまった人は必見映像が満載です。

※これはドキュメンタリーというより記録映像に近いスタンスで編集しています。全映協グランプリをいただいた作品の続編的な作品になります。
