CONSTRUCTION & CIVIL ENGINEERING
Record, communicate, and preserve construction and civil engineering sites for the future.
Construction progress, technical explanations, safety education, client reporting, and community relations. Civil engineers who understand the site and video creators who are experts in communication design videos that meet your objectives.

WHAT WE SOLVE
We support the necessary "sharing" on site with video.
Recording and Reporting on Construction Progress
We produce monthly videos and reporting materials that show changes in construction by combining fixed-point, ground, drone, and other filming methods.
Explanation of Construction Methods & Technologies
We organize and present processes that are difficult to convey through text and drawings alone, such as seismic retrofitting, piles, concrete placement, and caissons.
New Entrant & Safety Education
We share site rules, traffic flow, equipment, and points of caution in advance, reducing inconsistencies in explanations and the burden on staff.
Community, Recruitment, and Internal Public Relations
We clearly communicate the purpose of the construction and the work of the people involved to local residents, potential recruits, and employees.
OUR METHOD
We don't just film; we refine the footage into usable video.
Understanding the Site
We confirm the construction process, filming range, safety conditions, and intended users of the video.
Capturing Changes
We determine a consistent perspective and frequency for easy comparison, and record key processes through ground, fixed-point, and aerial filming.
Making it Understandable
We use subtitles, diagrams, and narration as needed to develop reports, educational materials, and public relations content.
SPECIALIST TEAM
Civil engineering expertise and the communication power of video.
Survey Trust Co., Ltd.
We provide technical support closely related to civil engineering sites, such as structural surveys, inspections, measurements, and construction management. We determine what should be recorded on-site from an engineer's perspective.
Motion Visual Japan
Leveraging over 30 years of video production experience and the compositional skills honed through TV program production, we organize specialized content into videos that viewers can understand.
DELIVERABLES
Delivery and operation tailored to your objectives
Monthly Digest
We create videos that allow for a quick overview of the differences from the previous month, construction locations, and main progress.
Technical and Educational Videos
We create lasting training materials for repeated use during training or site entry, covering construction procedures and points of caution.
Video Archive
We organize videos by project name, section, process, and date, turning them into assets that can be reused in reports and future projects.
SITE ENTRY GUIDANCE
Site entry explanations tailored to the site
We compile explanations that are repeated every time new personnel enter the site into a video that conveys information in the same order. Based on your current explanatory materials and site rules, we will organize the content to be included in the video and what staff will explain on-site.
Organizing repetitive explanations
We confirm the site overview, entry/exit procedures, facility locations, and basic rules. The specific items to be filmed will be decided in consultation with the person in charge at the site.
Conveying locations and movements with video
We use on-site video, photos, and diagrams to illustrate content that is difficult to convey with words alone, such as traffic flow and equipment locations. The scope of filming and safety conditions will be confirmed in advance.
Combining with staff explanations
Staff will supplement with information on the day's work, changes, and specific precautions. We will discuss how to use the videos on-site, including post-viewing questions and comprehension checks.
What to confirm before production
Please provide information on your current explanatory materials, target audience, viewing location and equipment, and desired start date, as available. We will organize and estimate the scope of work, including the person in charge of site rules confirmation, video length and number, filming requirements, and revision scope. You can also consult with us even if you don't have all the materials ready.
Usable even after rules change
We structure the videos to separate common elements from those that require updates, anticipating changes in construction phases, traffic flow, facilities, and contact information. The delivery format, update process, and costs for additional filming or re-editing will be confirmed during the estimation.

COMPLETION INSPECTION
Communicating "Ingenuity" and "Construction Characteristics" during Completion Inspection
View production details, preparation progress, and frequently asked questions on the dedicated page.
We produce videos that explain what was difficult on site, how those conditions were handled, and what ingenuity was applied. These videos use footage, photos, and diagrams from the construction period to organize the content to be explained during inspections.
Communicating Construction Characteristics
Organize site-specific conditions such as construction site constraints, traffic regulations, and the surrounding environment, along with the responses taken for them.
Communicating Ingenuity
Summarize initiatives such as safety, quality, and construction methods in the order of challenges, details of ingenuity, implementation status, and verifiable results.
Connecting Explanatory Materials and Videos
Show corresponding processes and initiatives in the video according to the items in the submitted documents. Numerical values and effects are expressed based on records confirmed by the site.
From construction records, not just editing before inspection
It is important to record processes that will be hidden after completion and temporary construction conditions during construction. We will confirm the explanation items with the site representative and plan the shooting schedule, necessary materials, and correspondence with documents. You can also consult with us about editing using your existing videos and photos.
MVJ has a track record of submitting explanatory videos for completion inspections of NEXCO West Japan projects.
NEXCO West Japan's "Performance Evaluation Guidelines for Contracted Construction, etc." includes "Construction Characteristics" and "Ingenuity" as evaluation items for construction, which are indicated as bonus points. Videos are produced as supplementary materials to explain initiatives, and the submission method should be confirmed with the client. Evaluations are based on actual construction and initiatives, and the submission of videos does not guarantee bonus points.
MONTHLY REPORT
For regular construction records, use "Sora Repo"
We shoot from as close to the same position and angle as possible each month, and organize the differences from the previous month by cross-referencing with the shared construction schedule. We deliver records that can be used for site explanations, client reports, and internal sharing. Shooting positions and ranges will be adjusted according to safety and flight conditions.
Things to confirm from consultation to delivery
Please prepare what you can within the scope of the site's knowledge.
Please inform us of the construction overview, the sections and processes you want to record, the intended audience for the video, and your desired delivery date. We will also confirm the shootable areas, access conditions, safety precautions, and site representatives during the meeting. You can consult with us even if you do not have all the documents ready.
Decide the delivery content first
We will organize the number and length of videos, shooting frequency, display of shooting date/location, whether still images or reports are necessary, and sharing methods. The scope of revisions, delivery dates, and conditions for additional charges will be confirmed at the time of quotation. Please consult with us for additional work such as reports, as needed.
View actual production content by purpose
In Case Studies of Regular Drone Filming, we introduce initiatives to share edited videos with shooting dates and locations displayed via the cloud. For monthly record-keeping methods, see Sora Repo, and for other case studies, see Construction and Civil Engineering Production Results.
If you want to repeatedly convey instructions given at the time of entry, please see Case Studies of New Entry Explanation Videos. For those considering a shooting plan, How to Use Videos for Construction Records and Progress Management may also be helpful.
For construction projects that cannot be disclosed externally, we will confirm confidentiality, material sharing methods, and whether case studies can be introduced in advance. For safety training videos, please consult with us about content that confirms on-site specific rules with the person in charge and is combined with necessary explanations and Q&A.

Is it a drone photography-only request?
No. Drones are just one means of capturing footage. We combine them with ground photography, fixed-point photography, interviews, and diagrams according to the purpose.
Can you film from the same location every month?
We design shooting positions, routes, and angles that are easy to compare, after confirming site conditions and safety.
Can it also be used for reporting materials to the client?
Yes. We propose delivery formats tailored to how you want to share, such as short report videos, still images, and monthly comparisons.
